- **Position Title: HR Administration Specialist (Level: JL 3A)**
**Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - 6,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Experience and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Administration.
- Graduation in any stream.
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English (Read, Write, Speak).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- **Job Duties**:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including but not limited to Employee Data Management, Benefit Administration, Compensation Administration, and overall HR Operations.
- Process and support hire-to-retire transactions for global clients (US, EMEA, and APAC).
- Perform quality checks on all HR transactions and recruitment admin activities.
- Provide assistance in resolving level 2 and 3 questions related to HR transactions and recruitment admin activities.
- Escalate non-transactional, production-related issues promptly and according to established protocols.
- Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals and HR managers.
- Participate actively in process transformation and automation initiatives.
- Support Team Lead in training, daily reviews, and resolution of escalations.
- Maintain service level agreements and ensure compliance with established protocols.

- Proven experience in handling data administration for global clients is an added advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
