This job is an Administrative Executive role supporting sales teams in Bayan Lepas, PG. You might like this job because it involves efficient administration support and proactive customer communication.
- Process order on a timely basis once received from customer to meet customer delivery requirement date.
- To provide Open Sales Order and Billing report on bi-weekly basis.
- To ensure all required sales and operational reports are accurate and submitted on timely basis.
- Responsive and effective/timely communication with customer for every enquiry and order.
- To consistently monitor the order status with logistic team for billing preparation.
- To ensure the invoices reach the right party for effectively payment collection
- To assist in preparing quotation to customer & Purchase Requisition for purchasing purposes when required.
- To support Post-Sales Ordering Processing when required.
- Perform office administration function, including attending incoming calls, sourcing, purchasing and maintenance of office stationery, office equipment and pantry items.

**Job Requirements**
- At least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in sales administration.
- Good Command of English.
- Highly organized and able to deal with multiple activities at one time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player as well as strong self-motivator to succeed.
- Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
