**Administrative Assistant’s Responsibilities:

- **
- Dealing with correspondence & phone calls
- Organizing Company’s meetings and appointments
- Organizing Company’s events
- Reminding manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

**Requirements & skills**
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with time management skills
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required to communicate with different clients background
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to conduct research and procure information for the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
