Office Administrator

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum degree holder of any equivalent field
**Other Requirements**:
- Reports to Executive Director
- To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the office
**Job Descriptions**:
- Carries out human resource duties such as processing payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Manages attendance record, punch card, annual leave, medical leave, employees' personal file, etc.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act, EPF and SOCSO.
- Participates as a member of HR Committee and in monthly committee meetings to discuss human resource matters, resolve issues, implement good human resource practices and organize quarterly
employee activities.
- Assists in recruitment, orientation, employee relationships, training and development as well as HR policies and procedures.
- Assists in overseeing corporate affairs and matters such as banking, secretarial, legal, etc.
- Carries out general administrative duties for Penang office.
- Carries out preventive maintenance programs to upkeep and maintain the office building in good and clean conditions at all times.
- Procurement and maintenance of IT and communication system, security system, office equipment as well as office stationeries.
- Carries out any other duties as and when requested by the superiors from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
