**Position: PURCHASING OFFICER**

**Responsibility**:

- Assists the Purchasing Manager in material sourcing, payment terms and pricing negotiation.
- Processes and generates purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other purchasing-related documents to customers.
- Performs supplier benchmarking and price comparison analysis to ensure goods and services engaged are of acceptable quality and at a reasonable cost.
- Follows up with the suppliers on the delivery status and updates respective parties on the status.
- Attend to the situations such as shortage of allocation, quality issues, late deliveries and other issues related to the supplier.
- Maintains systematic filling or recording for smooth data retrieving and is in compliance with ISO certification requirements.

**Requirement**:

- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any other fields
- 1 - 2 years working experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is preferred

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
