We seek a dedicated Administrative Assistant with excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills for efficient office operations.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with inventory management
- Maintaining office filing and organization systems
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Providing support to the management team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
