Asset Management Administrative Assistant

Duties and responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day general administrative and coordination support to the asset management and service team and assist in preparation of status reports, inventory tracking, tools and equipment calibration, procurement processes liaisons etc.
- Administer the Service team with updating the SalesForce software to ensure centralized ticketing system
- Administer to track O&M KPI from the SalesForce software and prepare monthly report.
- Process quotations, invoices, purchase requisition, purchase order etc.
- Act as the ISO 9001:2015 Document Controller in project department
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate and complete asset data
- Arrange and coordinate the incoming and outgoing mail or documents
- Maintain filling and retrieval system
- To assist on ad-hoc travelling arrangements i.e., hotel and flight ticket booking etc.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, faxing.
- To execute additional tasks, as and when assigned and when required by the dept/management
- Assist the Head of Department to ensure the compliance to company policy guided by ISO processes
**Requirements**:
- Minimum working experience of 2 years is preferable for this role.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures is advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
