1.Responsible for the daily behavior management of the company's employees and give corresponding rewards and punishments according to the management system.

2.Responsible for the drafting, sending and receiving, registration, delivery, and urging of company documents, organize the drafting of administrative comprehensive work plans, reports, summaries and other documents, review the drafted manuscripts, and ensure the quality of the manuscripts.

3.Supervise, check and give feedback on the implementation of important decisions and work arrangements of the company.

4.Responsible for arranging external reception.

5.Organize large-scale cultural and sports activities, corporate culture creation and implementation.

6.Organize the storage and authorized use of company seals, letters of introduction, various certificates and other legal person information.

7.Assist superior leaders to formulate the company's administrative assets, material procurement plans and budgets.

8.Organizing the registration and inventory of the company's office equipment, vehicles and other administrative assets, and regularly organizing the inventory work.

9.Regularly organize the maintenance and upkeep of the company's administrative assets.

10.Organize the contact, communication and cooperation with external units.

11.Management of public order, security, environmental sanitation, greening, and fire protection in the factory, organize regular inspections of fire protection facilities, and ensure the safety of production and operation in the factory.

12.Responsible for the signing of employee labor contracts and the management of personnel files.

13.Manage personnel procedures such as employee entry, regularization, promotion, transfer, demotion, and resignation.

14.Organize to analyze the manpower needs and formulate the recruitment plans.

15.Responsible for recruitment management.

16.Receive inquiries from employees, explain the company's policies and accounting methods for compensation and benefits.

17.Purchase and reimbursement of company leaders, cadres and guests on business trips, tickets, etc.; business trip accommodation reservations for leaders and cadres.

18.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader in time.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
