**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Take in-charged and responsible to the Human Resource function which is including Monthly payroll calculation, recruitment and selection, staff orientation, training and development, resignation & termination, staff disciplinary and grievances management, etc
- Maintaining and administering human resources standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Prepare HR-related letters: confirmation, termination, salary adjustments, etc.
- Collaborate with HOD to meet recruitment needs promptly.
- Involve all matters related foreign workers data and related administration such as ensuring permits validity.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Employment Act.
- Any other assigned duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma / degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years experiences in human resources or related field advantage.
- Fresh graduate encourage.
- Self-motivated, confident and ability to work independently.
- Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding in accordance with Employment Act 1955.
- Good HR Practice and inter-personal skills
- 5 working day (8.30am-5.30pm)
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
