- Establish business relationships with TPA/PSP partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Act as the primary contact/ relationship manager with TPA/PSP partners.
- Monitor partner performance and help them grow.
- Responsible to manage all incoming merchant leads from TPA/PSP partners.
- Responsible to work with internal and external stakeholders to procure all necessary documents/information for onboarding of merchants.
- Responsible for managing all incoming leads.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of business development/partnerships experience.
- Background in payment industry is an added advantage.
- Experience of working across different workstreams and channels.
- Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.
- Problem solving and open, positive attitude.
- Business acumen, negotiation, communication, creativity, and account management.
- Fluency in English, excellent presentation skill.
- Dynamic and proactive, passionate to learn new things, and able to adapt to new challenges.
