Channel Management Specialist

**Short Role Summary**:
This role is critical to the success of the wider recruitment channel management strategy and has passion for identifying the best source of talent pools to build talent communities for various roles throughout the region. It is also involves creative and innovative sourcing strategies to the successful development of channel management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in managing and maintaining channels and recruitment agency strategic plan in line with recruitment strategy and optimising channels opportunities by understanding recruitment requirements, market environment and dynamic
- Create and develop channel specific tracker and plan with consistency and alignment with recruitment strategy
- To provide valid data from applicant tracking systems to justify the renewal of existing recruitment channel and activation of new recruitment channel
- Ensure and monitor channels identified activation, expiration subscription and work closely with Finane department on regards to payment
- Collaborate with channels and recruitment agency cross the region in planning and implementation
- Maintain awareness of competitive recruitment channel activities in market.
- Responsible for the communication & implementation of job posting to support Talent Acquisition requirements.
- Analyse post implementation of recruitment channels to understand the effectiveness and improvement needed
- Address channels related issues or conflicts in a timely manner
- Responsible for maintaining organized documentation and updated related information regarding Channel Management
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Market Mapping and Pipeline Management team and other partners to understand recruitment requirements
- Work closely with Workforce Management (WFM) team to understand recruitment need including backfill numbers
- Handle escalations channel management and agencies with sense of urgency
**Job Requirements**:
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/BPO Industry, or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience in channel management or recruitment agency background
