**What you will do**:
The responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition for internship, contractual hire, and management trainee programs
- Managing and administering various Compensation & Benefits processes such as managing benefit portal, insurance and claims, staff free products, expatriates management (car lease/house rent agreements etc), EPF/Employee Stock option, SOCSO claim administration and any other benefit administration related etc
- Work with Payroll to execute monthly payroll for all employees in the hub
- Support day-to-day HR operational tasks such as employee personnel file maintenance in SAP, pre-boarding and onboarding arrangement, HRDF claims submissions and claims, and preparing HR letters related to employee movements
- Support HRBP in coordinating and organizing employee engagement activities and logistics for successful delivery of training programs when required
- Any other tasks or duties assigned from time to time

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field
- Skilled in using Google (Drive, Gmail, Sheet, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Proficient in communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are welcomed to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
