Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily Finance and Admin tasks.
- To assist in preparing daily and monthly status report
- Assist in day-to-day checking of inventories orders from supplier
- Handle accounts payable/receivables functions (Rental, Utilities, Maintenances)
- Manage accounting journals, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist Executive Assistant with various finance and accounting tasks as needed
- To review documentation and obtain appropriate approval before processing payment.
- Review payment voucher from other department (HR, Operations, Storage & Digital Marketing) and escalate for approval.
- To ensure compliance to all relevant SOPs and meeting KPls set in all processing activities.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in Finance & Admin.
- Minimum diploma in Finance or business administration or equivalent.
- Entry level, welcome fresh graduate to apply
- 1 to 2 years' work experience in finance/ accounting will be advantage.
- Advances in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Index Match, If functions etc)
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, SQL Accounting/ubs payroll is a must.
- Able to work in fast-paced working environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
