**Job Summary**
- To carry out general franchise administration, coordination work for domestic franchise including correspondence and administration, clerical, personal assistant and ad hoc duties.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Prepare reports with analysis and presentation slides to Management on a monthly, half-yearly, and yearly basis as well as other ad hoc presentation slides required by FOMs.
- Compile reports for and from FOMs monthly.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when necessary.
- Involved in compilation from various Domestic Department:
I. Monthly Work
- In - Progress

II. Monthly Calendar Planner

III. Monthly expenses check and summary from FOMs.

IV. Filing all documents, letters, and reports accordingly.

V. Coordinate with the various department for outlet follow-up and defect.

VI. Consolidate the Direct & Franchise department sales report.

VII. Prepare the weekly & monthly reports required by HOD such as Sales innovative report, YTD Kopitiam Sales &, etc.

VIII. Prepare Non-Compliance letter (NCL) while FOMs reported the finding of outlet visiting.
- Coordinate Franchise Operation Meeting, prepare and record the meeting minutes.
- Work
- In - Progress meeting agenda preparation and meeting minutes taker.
- Circulate relevant letter and notice to outlet operator.
- To implement and maintain the Franchise database.
**Job Requirements**:

- SPM or equivalent and with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
- Strong in coordination, communication, and or organizational skills with initiative and strong advocate of confidentiality.
- Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese will be an advantage.
- Must be a team player and able to work under pressure.
- Able to perform multi-task.
- Able to travel as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
