Security Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Oversee the daily activities and performance of security officers.
- Ensure that all security personnel are adhering to company policies and
procedures.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to security staff.
Patrol and Monitor:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
Incident Management:
- Investigate and report on any incidents or security breaches.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents and actions taken.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security issues.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance security
measures.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and submit reports on security activities, incidents, and personnel
performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and
procedures.
