Personal Assistant/admin Assistant

PA cum Admin Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide HR/administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Answer telephone calls, transfer calls, and take messages in a professional manner.
- Record and update new files/ filing system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is in working order.
- Perform other general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing and other relevant task if necessary.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher qualification (degree)
- Proven previous experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative role, preferably in professional services environment or preferably in construction/building industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 48 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
