Personal Assistant Admin

Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide personal support to senior management as required.
- Assist with scheduling personal appointments and managing calendars.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal matters.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and expense tracking.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
Document Preparation:
- Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for documents.

**Job Requirement**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm with 1 hour lunch break
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sentul, KL : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
