**Primary Objective**:
Drive HR analytics to ensure people priorities within RHB are met
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive people analytics by consolidating findings and recommending solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Perform market research, competitor analysis to keep updated on latest industry trends
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources e.g., HRMS, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, etc. to derive insights for human capital priorities
- Ensures data integrity and proper reporting to support HR initiatives
- Leverages on analytics tools to create insightful data visualisation and dashboards to gain stakeholder buy-in
- Collect, analyse data and liaise with stakeholders within and outside of HR to identify areas to prioritise
- Lead and liaise with other analytics chapter members within GHR in driving HR initiatives
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organisational culture, productivity, workplace engagements, etc.
- Proven business acumen, project management skills, successful teaming with colleagues
- Able to manage multiple priorities and set effective systems in place to track and report on projects and deliverables
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Strong understanding of E2E employee journey, value propositions, and needs and pain points of all people products and services
- Strong analytical skills in using data to drive decisions and review effectiveness of strategy (including tools)
- Strong management, relationship-building, influencing and employee service skills.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR or any relevant experience

Possess a university degree in HR or any relevant degree
- Strong understanding of E2E employee journey, value propositions, and needs and pain points of all people products and services
- Strong analytical skills in using data to drive decisions and review effectiveness of strategy (including tools)
- Strong management, relationship-building, influencing and employee service skills
