Ensure all walk-in customer are greeted and assisted pleasantly with their enquiries.
- Attend and provide amicable solution in resolving customers' enquiries and complaint.
- Attend customer complaint and provide immediate solution.
- Monitor incoming phone calls are answered within three rings.
- Provide information on current sales promotion or product knowledge.
- Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly report to Management.
- Maintaining customer data for any promotional campaign.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey at all stations.
- Ensure on the cleanliness of the customer's waiting area.
- Perform any duties that may be assigned by Manager or Customer Relation Management HQ.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
