**Job Summary**
The Internal Manager of the Ballet Academy is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the internal operations of the academy, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. They will work closely with the Artistic Director, Pricipal and other staff members to support the academy's mission of providing high-quality ballet training to students. The Internal Manager will handle administrative tasks, assist with curriculum development, and maintain effective communication within the academy.
**Responsibilities**
**Operational Management**
- Ensure the smooth operation of the academy by coordinating and overseeing day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate internal procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure staff members complete their responsibilities effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
**Administrative Support**
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for ballet classes, rehearsals, performances, and special events.
- Maintain accurate student records, enrollment information, and attendance records.
**Curriculum Assistance**
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director in developing and implementing the ballet curriculum.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling ballet classes, workshops, and other events.
- Coordinate the selection and ordering of ballet training materials and resources.
**Communications and Coordination**
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among academy staff, students, and parents.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding the academy's programs and activities.
**Team Support**
- Provide support to faculty members, assisting with scheduling, communication, and resources.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members when necessary.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment within the academy.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Dance, Arts Administration, Business or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in dance education and production/event management is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
The Internal Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Ballet Academy, supporting the faculty, students, and overall artistic vision. **Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
