Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic & Business Planning:
- Draft and prepare presentations for both management and stakeholders, highlighting the latest developments and operations in the business.
- Create a business plan to achieve operational objectives with input from management.
- Corporate & Project Proposal
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and feasibility studies on potential development activities. This includes corporate matters such as collaboration, joint ventures, and special projects.
- Prepare and finalise presentation slides, including top management/ management information to present to clients, government agencies, and government-linked companies.
- To facilitate collaboration with external parties or potential partners, we offer services such as document preparation, contract and agreement review, and communication assistance.
- Coordinating the teams to write, develop, and prepare grant or fund facilitation proposals.
- Corporate Affairs
- Researching and monitoring government activities that could have an impact on the organisation's business and clients.
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with local government bodies and agencies and maintaining them over time.
- Responsible for vendor registration initiatives, other related registration and exploring business opportunities with other companies.
- Intellectual Property (IP)
- Responsible for registering, maintaining records, and renewing the company's intellectual properties, patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Assist in handling all matters related to intellectual property (IP), especially cases of IP infringement by other companies. I work closely with an appointed IP attorney to ensure that all IP-related issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Pricing Strategies
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Propose prices, discounts, and promotions for events with top management approval to attract customers while maintaining profitability.
- Developing pricing proposals for new products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to pricing and business development efforts.
**Skill / Qualification**
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Good in mathematical calculation and formulation in Excel (or related software)
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Writing)
- Knowledgeable in documentation (Contract/Agreement)
- Able to consistent provide new ideas especially in Automotive sector)
- 2 years experience in related field
- Proactive analyze in current market.
- Having experience in Automotive Industry is added advantage.
