**Responsibilities**:
- As an L2 support expert in the networking field of cloud product technology, provide expert service support for cloud products to customers, responsible for quickly identifying and analyzing solutions to escalation issues.
- Coordinate with the development team to drive bug fixes and architectural optimizations for cloud products based on customer feedback. Drive the implementation of backend diagnostic tools and user-side self-diagnostic tools.
- Organize official technical best practices and solutions to guide users in the proper use of cloud products.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, communications, or related fields with at least 5 years of traditional/internet business system DevOps/operations/development experience; Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Rich experience in development/testing/operation of network products, proficient in TCP/IP, HTTP(S) technology, and deep understanding of switch, routing principles, NAT, load balancing, VPN, network virtualization, and other related network technologies.
- Deep understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems; practical experience with TCP/IP kernel protocol stack in operating systems; familiar with general web server development and operations.
- Rich experience in development, operation, service support, solution design, and architectural design, with strong comprehensive skills, a background in the internet industry is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and quick problem-solving skills, proficient technical documentation writing ability and work habits, and adept at learning new technologies; Excellent communication skills, teamwork experience, professionalism, and consistently putting customers first in both words and actions.
