Job Description

Follow up for delivery, acceptance as well as liaise for GRN (system record)

Muar office

KL office

Manage the access of employees (on boarding & resignee)

Manage the access of the contractor (cleaner).

Manage the access of visitors.

Follow up and maintenance (GBS KL office & Muar office)

Cleaner (ensure unit is cleaned, schedule of cleaning & etc)

Building management.

Application of contractor’s entry (permit submission, access and subsequent hand over, if any).

Complaints or feedback (e.g. common area & repairs).

Lighting / aircon and other infrastructure, liaise with contractors and ST (raise request) for repair works.

Others.

On boarding preparation for new member(s) - GBS KL office & Muar office

Laptop install request.

Accommodation and transportation arrangements.

Resignation of employee(s) - GBS KL office & Muar office

Laptop collection and safekeeping (to hand over to team leader later).

Badge / Key retain.

Any deregister process with building management.

Courier arrangement - GBS KL office & Muar office

Raise request via DHL portal for document.

Follow up for pick up.

Arrangement for visitor(s) - GBS KL office & Muar office

Hotel.

Transportation.

VMS (visitor pass).

Other.

Coordination of the authority licensing

Premise/business license.

Requirement

Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
