Japanese Speaking Client Solution Specialist

**ob Description**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Japanese Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Japanese-speaking customers have a smooth and satisfying experience with our services. You will act as a liaison between our customers and the company, providing support, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Onboarding**: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our platform and services effectively.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a quick resolution.
- **Customer Retention**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services. Relay customer needs and suggestions to relevant departments.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and best practices in customer success.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language Skills**: Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the travel industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer support tools. Familiarity with online travel booking systems is a plus.
- **Customer Focus**: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
