**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handle all sales documentation, customer enquiries & request promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Work as a team to support sales operations and inventory management.
- Issue quotations and invoices to customer.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business.
- Attend product training and constantly study latest product information.
- Feedback latest customer trends and propose sales ideas to Management.
- Follow up with customer orders on a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.
- Clearly explain and educate customers on product features and benefits while making best product proposal or solution to fit customer budget and lifestyle.
- Attend roadshows on schedules basis.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding clients’ products and customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Corporate Sale/Business Study or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Must be a responsible person, result-oriented, outgoing pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal communication skills.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be an advantage.
**WORKING HOUR**:

- Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm)
- Saturday, alternate for 2nd & 4th week (09:00 am - 01:00 pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
