Personal Assistant to Executive Director

Run personal errands, i.e.: purchase gifts, grocery shopping, lunch (take away), organize and schedule travel itineraries for Director, liaise with the maid, etc.
- Process payment for recurring bills, and credit card bills, to maintain bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the daily schedule.
- Monitor the amenities, tidiness, and cleanliness of the Director's Home office.
- To ensure cleanliness & upkeep of the car, including petrol, cash card, regular servicing, and service maintenance regularly.
- Maintenance and routine inspection of company cars to ensure that they are always in good condition.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3-5 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Possess strong administrative abilities with good organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong initiative and coordination skills.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Non-smoker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
