HR Manager

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Partners with the leadership team to understand, develop and implement the organization's human resource and talent strategy to fulfil current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, JD updating, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, conflicts or other issues.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution; oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programmes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talents.
- Develop learning and development programmes and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain HR systems, processes, company organization charts and employee directory.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain and ensure all company HR policies and best practices are applied consistently and in compliance with the employment laws.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Required skills and qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience in human resource management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations and HR best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
