**Location**: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
**Summary**:The incumbent will be responsible for managing, proposing, and revamping the overall spectrum of Human Resource functions namely Learning & Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement & Culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Lotus Group.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across all business units.
- Manage and administer HRMS to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices, particularly under the latest Malaysian Employment Act.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and teamwork.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner, following established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR needs and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess HR performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and employment practices, with a focus on the latest updates under the Employment Act.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
**Reporting Structure**: The HR Manager will report directly to the CEO of Lotus Group.
