The role involves managing general inquiries, particularly those related to billing and other customer concerns.

**Job Description**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, with Mandarin fluency being a key requirement.
- Strong typing skills are preferred.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (based on operational requirements)
- Saturday: Shifts between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Off: Sundays and Singapore-based public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
