Receptionist/administrative Executive

You shall be responsible for the day to day operation of the company and your duties shall include (but are not limited to) the following:
a) To open and close office;
b) Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, enquire whether visitors need drinks, and provide accordingly;
c) Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting rooms;
d) Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
e) Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures);
g) Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries together with the ED;
h) Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook);
i) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
j) Update calendars and schedule meetings;
k) Arrange travel and accommodations;
l) Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing;
m) Liaise with all dispatch courier, building management and office vendors;
n) To manage office keys;
o) To perform administrative tasks; and
p) Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
