**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with sellers and identifying the sellers' needs, clarifying information researching issues, and providing solutions.
- Ensure all procedures and communications are compliant with the company's overall policy
- with the company's overall policy.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that company offer to prospects
- All interations must be documented and may also need to be entered into our CRM system
- Helping resolve sellers' queries for Marketing Solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Telemarketing.
- Minimum SPM, Diploma and Degree can apply.

**Benefits**:

- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM2800
- Allowances Provided

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
