Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
METTLER TOLEDO has started a global HR Transformation Program aiming at modernizing, standardizing, and harmonizing our HR related digital business services. The Human Resources Solutions team (HRS) is responsible for the IT design, implementation and support of our global HR solutions and the related end-to-end HR processes.
In this role your responsibilities include:
- Closely collaborate with our Solution Architect, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers in supporting daily operations as well as projects.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into working functional solutions (including related documentation, configuration and testing).
- Support the definition of template processes & solutions and the end-to-end delivery process.
- Ensure that the solutions and support delivered across the whole HR Solutions Team are aligned with the defined policies, guidelines and SLAs.
- Partner with other (Scrum) teams (Security, Integration, TEC, Data Governance and ER&A as well as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Service, SCM, PLM etc.).
What You Need to Succeed

- Masters or bachelor degree in engineering, natural science or alike.
- Minimum 5 years IT/business analyst experience with solutions related to human resources.
- Expertise with SAP HCM PA/OM as well as SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals & Succession & Development modules) and related systems integrations.
- SaaS-systems experience related to HR business capabilities and HR Data Analytics is an asset.
- Experience with ServiceNow and SAFe/Agile Methodology, ITIL and HTMS.
- Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies combined with high problem solving ability.
- Ability to work on different topics simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, open mind, flexibility and resilience.
- Team player with work experience in virtual teams.
- Fluency in English, any additional language is an asset.
- International travel requirements up to 10%.
- The role reports to the Manager HR Solutions and is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
