This role involves managing and optimising compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and analysing HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist HR Manager on full HR spectrum.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Aid in developing and maintaining compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by handling disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage HR-related administrative task & ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
