- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

**Skills**:

- Fluent knowledge of the English language;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.

**Work experiences**:
*
- At least two years of experience in the commercial field, preferably in the realm of Key Accounts/selling equipment to kitchen centers;
- Willingness to travel (approximately 50% of the time). We seek a constant presence within the market;
**Main activities**
- Overseeing the complete sales process, starting from identifying potential clients to finalizing deals and discovering fresh sales prospects through effective networking, transforming them into enduring partnerships;
- Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager;
- Cultivating trusting relationships with a significant client portfolio to prevent them from seeking alternatives;
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of essential customer needs and specifications;
- Expanding connections with current clients by consistently presenting solutions aligned with their objectives;
- Ensuring the timely delivery of accurate products and services to customers, accompanied by regular updates, progress reports, and forecasts provided to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Serving as the crucial communication link between key customers and internal teams;
- Resolving customer issues and addressing complaints proactively to uphold trust;
- Continuously generating new sales opportunities that evolve into enduring relationships;
- Formulating detailed business plans aimed at achieving predetermined goals and quotas.
