**Learning & Development**
- Administers talent development programmes according to defined strategy and plan.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes adding new users, creating & uploading of local training material.
- Coordinate and facilitate trainings for employees including administrative work for New Employee Training.
- Monitor and prepare records/ reports of training and development programmes, training attendance, results of tests and assessments.
- Creating new training materials to fit with organization’s needs for higher efficiency when required.
- Optimizing and improving current local training manuals and programmes.
- Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders/external vendors on training programmes.
- Follow up with employees to ensure attendance and completion of training sessions.
- Render support to Industrial Partnership centres in the delivery of their L&D modules as well as admin and operational duties when necessary

**HR Support**
- Conduct exit interviews for non-managerial roles and tabulate reports.
- Content management for HR intranet and drive traffic to HR intranet site for HR updates.
- Assist and support the HR Strategic & Planning team in Strategic HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage employees’ data and monitor the engagement level on employee engagement platform (Amber).
- Support HR operational activities such as company events, etc

**Qualification**:

- Min Diploma in Business/ Human Resource Management
- 2-3 years of HR related experience

- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Good verna and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with staff at all levels
- Great analytical skills - High degree of initiative and integrity
- Good coordination & follow up skills
- Good planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to negotiate and solve problems to manage tough situations
