Job Responsibility:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Take over and seize leads and work on cenverting to sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Participate in developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Prepare tender submission and follow up closely.
- Communicating with customers and Networking with industry contacts to gather feedback and to stay informed of new developments and opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and competition
- Attend networking events and conferences to build professional connections and generate leads
- Presenting company products and services to potential clients and partners
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a working team to achieve desired goals
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent at multi-tasking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales or business development
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
- Posses own transport and willing to travel.
