Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. 5. Understanding customer and market needs, providing feedback with innovative ideas and identifying new opportunities contributing to marketing direction. 6. Shaping and delivering a positive corporate brand to enhance company value. 7. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth. 8. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting in maintaining short term and long term business. 9. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole. 10. Analyze development and roll out of business development plans, including conducting project feasibility studies. 11. Planning and implementing business or corporate projects. 12. Prepare sales forecast and provide regular reports to management. 13. Prepare reports on sales data analysis in order to plan business strategies effectively. 14. Actively participate in developing and enhancing company business policy and strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue. 15. Liaising with key personnel in compiling, coordinating and generating business policies and strategies. 16. Analyzed and review effectiveness of strategies periodically. 17. Assist in the development of company marketing plans and goals, and in developing a strategy for client contacts regarding new work, contract negotiation, and future work potential. 18. Provide input in sales planning to develop business strategies and goals. 19. Establish and maintain regular communication with customer in order to stimulate healthy relationship and secure business. 20. Cultivate mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients to secure business opportunities. 21. Create informative presentations in presenting and delivering up to-date and correct information to potential clients. 22. Fulfill sales enquiries and ensure excellent and superior customer service at all time. 23. Improve and maintain customers’ satisfaction by providing timely and accurate replies to customers’ enquiries. 24. Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simple and better to build customers engagement and satisfaction.
