**Business Development & Operation Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**
- Identifying and securing business opportunities.
- Expand and grow existing customers' business with new areas of opportunities.
- Research and analyse market's potential, trends and organizations or individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the customers portfolio throughout marketing activities.
- Developing goals for the development and business growth.
- Planning and strategize action plan to meet the company goals.
- Identifies opportunities for digital marketing and promotion campaigns that will lead to increase in revenue.
- Plans and executes the company's overall digital marketing strategy together with the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Department.
- To identify relevant and potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) and work out with them.
**Operation**
- To promote Gintell Rest N Go stations to potential customers.
- To ensure that every station must be in a good condition.
- To provide customer service and answer phone call customers.
- To make sure hit sales target for every month.
- Manage sales performance of a station in align with weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Conducting sales and related training to staffs.
- Manage the discipline of staff.
- Identifying and securing business opportunities.
- Expand and grow existing customers' business with new areas of opportunities.
- Research and analyse market's potential, trends and organizations or individuals to find new opportunities.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks which being assigned by the superior / management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess Diploma/Bachelor' Degree and/or professional qualifications in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing and Business Development.
- Must be familiar with latest technology and platforms used for digital marketing and social media management.
- Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
