Service Manager

**Job Summary**
The Service Manager will oversee the maintenance and service operations to ensure optimal functionality of Ingersoll Rand’s Compressed Air Systems at installed bases. Technical knowledge of air compressor systems, excellent leadership skills, focus on customer satisfaction and strong ownership mindset are essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**
- Grow services revenues through service contracts, parts sales, and general servicing.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the service team to work towards total customer satisfaction and company’s objective.
- Develop and implement pro-active products, marketing & services strategies, programs and promotions to grow Services business and profitability.
- Ensure work process comply ESH policies and act as management representative for ESH Committee.
- Develop and continually improve technical skill of the service team.
- Work closely with supply management, sales, engineering, and other functions in the team / company to implement solutioning and optimize support to customers.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with field service experience with compressed air systems or related fields.
- Driving license & own vehicle.
- Fluent in written & conversational English.
**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**
Site based (Office & Customer Sites)
