**The company**
Our client is an international logistics and freight forwarding company that offer transportation solutions globally. The company provides a wide range of customized solutions of logistics services and supply chain solutions such as Transportation, Warehousing and Custom Clearance.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for evaluating, managing and grow existing business relationships with Key Accounts within the region/country and will be based in Johor.
**The role**:
- Attain a thorough understanding of Key Account needs and requirements.
- Develop the relationship with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Sell and provide the entire service portfolio of the company.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (One-Face-to-the-customer).
- Identify key influencers and decision-makers within the client’s organization and execute an action plan that deepens the relationship within this audience.
- Develop and execute a strategic account development plan on yearly basis.
- Resolve and deal with any issues, problems, and complaints by the customers to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales in results to long-lasting relationships.
- Responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure all sales activity (Meetings, Contact Reports, Opportunities and Leads) are reported within the CRM System “SUGAR CRM” (according to SUGAR SOP)
- Take part in all sales trainings provided and scheduled by the company.
- Cooperate close with Country - & Product Management to set selling price strategies for all assigned customer tender.
**The requirement**:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (Air/Sea Freight)
- Provable experience/success in sales and providing logistics solutions based on customer needs.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken and willing to travel (internationally)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, entrepreneurial and presentation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
