**Objective / Purpose of the Job**

The _**Human Resource Assistant**_ is tasked with supporting the HRBP in managing various aspects of human resources within eFMX, including payroll administration, non-executive recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate interview appointments, participating in screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring comprehensive induction and job training.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Manage employee services and oversee grievance handling procedures.
- Contribute to HR-related initiatives as assigned.

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and autonomously as needed.
- Effective communication across various functions and hierarchical levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.

**Working location**:
Berjaya Industrial Park, Seksyen 32 Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
