Executive - Employee Experience

We are seeking a highly driven and an agile individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience within our organization. Your primary focus will be on, increasing employee engagement, campus partnership and successfully delivering employee engagement initiatives. You will also play an active role in Young Talents recruitment, Internal communications and Employer Branding activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To collaborate and lead Employee Engagement Programme Design for Valiram Group.
- Partner with key stakeholders such as store leaders and category merchants to ensure Employee Experience events are kept up to date and relevant, supporting store and corporate strategy.
- To assist and take part in the end-to-end process of Talent Acquisition which includes hands on experience in Attracting, Sourcing, Selecting, and Integrating young talents for internship/ future management trainee programs.
- HR Communications:
- Support the communication of Employee Experience programs and Talent Development initiatives.
- Support employer branding activities related to employee engagement and employer branding in partnership.
- Campus Partnership and Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with universities to attract, onboard, and develop young talents with a strong passion for the retail industry through internships program, in partnership with the AVP, Group Talent Development.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field.
- Proactive, has the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience.
