The Employee Experience Specialist will be a key person to the HR Business Partner and the retail team. You will be responsible for the staffing needs and identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill the frontliner teams, by participating in the interviewing and hiring process and planning for business growth.
- Support full-cycle recruitment which includes: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and build a robust talent pipeline
- Identify opportunities for the development and delivery of Human Resources programs that support the strategic objectives of the function, delivering against service standards, and hiring best practices.
- Support HRBP in executing the retail onboarding frameworks
- Any other ad-hoc HR matters
- Prior agency recruitment and/or full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, search firm and/or RPO setting would be advantageous.
- Campus recruitment experience would be a plus.
