- 開發影片、簡報投影片等形式的培訓材料,提供有效的培訓途徑和方法
- 透過線上或實體課程提供有關產品的內部和外部培訓,並進行評估以確定需要改進的領域
- 確保培訓材料完全合規並適當更新和分發
- 與產品利害關係人密切合作,透過設計和促進培訓來了解需求並提供支持
- 管理行政任務,確保專案實施的順利執行、跟進和一致性,並安排培訓課程
- 向內部和外部進行產品演示
- 對銷售團隊進行產品知識培訓
- 及時解答客戶的疑問
