Employee Relations Specialist in Banking

**Role Overview**
- Facilitate employee relations and resolve HR issues in a banking environment
- Ensure alignment of employee treatment with core values and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement best practices in employee relations

**Conflict Management**
- Manage grievances, counseling, and whistleblowing cases specific to the banking industry
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues within banking regulations
- Oversee Consequence Management and Disciplinary Procedure tailored for banking sector

**Ethics and Compliance**
- Educate managers on employee issues, ethics, and compliance with banking regulations
- Analyze staff incidents and provide updates to management in line with industry standards

**Improvement and Policy Coordination**
- Lead projects for continuous improvement in conduct culture within a banking context
- Coordinate with HRD to update employee relations policies in compliance with banking laws and regulations

**Qualifications and Skills**

Education: Degree in HR/Law, IR certification

Experience: 8+ years in employee relations within banking industry

Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies and banking regulations

Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Objective: Ensure a positive and compliant work environment in the dynamic banking sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
