Responsible for the Group’s Manpower, Talent Development and Office(s) Well-being management.
- Responsible for company overall payroll processing including computing wages, statutory payment (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRDF), maintain time & attendance system, preparing payroll reports and administration task as assign by management.
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing to onboarding the new hires.
- Responsible for planning, evaluate and execute Employee Training programme.
- Responsible for conducive, safe, healthy and tidy working environment
- Prepare and execute letters of Human Resource i.e., Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation, Letter of Acceptance of Resignation, Letter of Promotion, Letter of Disciplinary action, Staff Memo & Announcement & etc.
- Maintain employee personal file and ensure all information are accurate, up to date and complete.
- Provide assistance to employees on matters related to payroll e-leave, e-claims, performance evaluation, staff training and the Employee’s Handbook.
- To handle the day-to-day HR operations, talent requisition, new staff orientation, exit interview and employee/industrial relations functions as and when required.
- Review, recruit, supervise and evaluate Internship Programme within the Organisation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information and liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Prepare payroll summary reports and furnish to Accounting & Finance department or assist to provide any other analysis payout report for management decision purpose.
- Well versed in Labour Law of Malaysia & latest rulings by the Government, statutory bodies and other relevant authorities.

SeeBuu Logistics was incorporated on 9July 2020 to provide logistic services, specifically in the First-Mile and Last-Mile Delivery within the Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) segments.
