To assist with company secretarial duties for a portfolio of companies and providing administrative support that covers:

- Assisting in the handling of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies and to assist in ensuring all secretarial matters are performed accordingly to and in compliance with the provision of the Companies Act 2016;
- Ensuring compliance, completion and timeliness of statutory reporting, filing and governance;
- Assisting the preparation of minutes, annual returns, resolutions and statutory documents;
- Updating and maintaining the statutory reports, records and other relevant documentation;
- Ensuring the completeness of files and databases and proper maintenance of all secretarial documents;
- Updating and administrating the COSEC activity log;
- Liaising with clients on secretarial matters;
- Providing administrative support on office matters; and
- Attending to other tasks and duties as and when assigned.

**Job requirements**:

- SPM with more than 3 years of experience within the same industry will be considered;
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa;
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency with an enthusiastic personality and able to work in a fast-paced environment; and
- Mature, analytical and have good interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Peak Period March-August 6 working days
- (Saturday to Thursday 9am-5pm)

- Non-Peak Period: September-February 5 working days
- (Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
