Handling the entire spectrum of company secretarial duties under the Secretarial Department including but not limited to the following:
- Statutory compliance and lodgment of statutory documents/ forms and notifications;
- Attending and drafting minutes of the Board/ Board Committees/ Management meetings assigned to the Secretarial Department (experience/background in credit is an added advantage);
- Secretarial support to the Group Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary (GCLOCS), Head, Secretarial, Board, Board Committees and Management (where applicable) as well as to ensure that all company secretarial, governance and compliance matters are attended to.
- Assisting the GCLOCS and Head, Secretarial in providing advice and compliance with the relevant laws, rules and regulations as well as requirements applicable to Affin Bank Berhad (ABB) and relevant subsidiaries of ABB (Affin Bank Group).
- Attend to the duties and functions as may be instructed by the GCLOCS and Head, Secretarial.
- Ensure efficacious function of the department by rendering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- To protect the Bank's interest by carrying out all measures/activities or tasks mentioned below to add value to the Bank.
