Job Scope:
- Handling inbound calls / live chat regarding enquiries and complaints related to insurance
- Performing outbound calls if needed
- Take note of issues and report to superior / shift supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree holders
- At least 1 year call centre experiences
- Welcome both English and Mandarin speaker
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
