Customer Care Executive

1. Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
2. Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
3. Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
4. Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
5. Coaching spokespersons and executives in effective communication strategies in order to respond to media or consumer inquiries.
**Requirements**:
1. At least 3 years experience of Customer Care Executive and familiar with management facilities.
2. Bachelor in Customer Services Management.
3.Khatam Baca Al Quran Bahasa Kaum Sanad Al Hasan 1924.
